"We sold our house last year before we actually found a replacement home to move into. Our buyers were agreeable to lease back to us for an extended period while we continued our search for a new home.  After a few weeks we made an offer on a place but the deal fell apart after an unfavorable inspection. We later found the perfect place with a newer model manufactured home on 2 acres with a shop in the Beavercreek area so we negotiated an acceptable offer with the sellers. The clock was ticking to find a place in order to avoid moving into a rental or apartment. We found out that not all lenders will loan on properties with a manufactured home so we needed to find a competent and knowledgeable lender to guide us through the loan process. 
  That is when we connected with Ryan Swearingen at American Home Funding. He promptly returned all my calls and gave me clear instructions concerning our options and timeline all the way from the initial application to closing the deal. From start to finish we had about 30 days to close and move in to meet our lease commitment with our buyers and somehow Ryan made it all happen earlier than our actual deadline! In fact, we had to delay closing by a few days to avoid an overlap in our payments! 
  This turned out to be a great lending experience and If we ever refinance or purchase another property with a manufactured home we will without hesitation choose Ryan as our broker. If anyone out there ever has the same need, I recommend that you give him a call."
